He was at the first desk closest to the sitting room and the reason I'll be returning. This gentleman is a definite keeper and resolved all my problems in a professional manner. Honda Carland has top-notch service people For almost a year, I had known about a pinhole leak in my power steering rack, and just put it off until I thought I couldn't put it off any longer. H For almost a year, I had known about a pinhole leak in my power steering rack, and just put it off until I thought I couldn't put it off any longer. Honda Carland was able to get the part within 24 hours, and was able to replace the rack during their normal Saturday service. They also checked the car out for some other problems and replaced a burned-out rear brake light bulb, as well as checked the battery and reported it was iffy. With Winter coming up, and knowing that it had been close to 3 years since I had last replaced the battery, I let them replace it while they had the car. Their service people are excellent, and honest, and I appreciate their dedication to getting the job done at a fair price. More
