Honda Odyssey Oil Change, Cabin Filter, and Coolant Flush All work completed satisfactorily. Steve, the service rep, quite helpful. Only complaint is with the cabin air filter. The filter was replaced but seemed to have been sprayed with some kind of scent, like Febreeze. I HATE Febreeze and I HATE the scent. I should have been asked if I wanted this smell in my car. Very professional and courteous staff. When making my appointment I stated my warranty repair issue. Upon arrival I was told they had ordered the suspected parts based on my problem and tha When making my appointment I stated my warranty repair issue. Upon arrival I was told they had ordered the suspected parts based on my problem and that they would make the repairs under warranty and change the oil, rotate the tires, replace the cabin air filter and take care of a recall issue. I was offered a loaner vehicle to use which I accepted for the day. The repairs were completed in a very reasonable period of time. Even though there was significant construction going on all around, the temporary service area was clean, neat and well organized. Thanks for a very good service experience. More
