Outstanding understanding of me as a customer I am on a fixed income, which I am responsible for because of some bad choices. However, because of being on a fixed income, I cant just put money on a credit card and do everything the auto maker recommends every 15K miles. So when I went to Honda Carland I found a service adviser, David, to whom I explained my issues and he helped me map out a strategy to set priorities on what I would get done and when, without endangering the life of my vehicle.
