Atypical Issue - Required Follow-up I brought our Odyssey in for an oil change; found out when I got there it needed 100,000 mile service - should have gotten a head's up when I made the I brought our Odyssey in for an oil change; found out when I got there it needed 100,000 mile service - should have gotten a head's up when I made the appt., but we do all required maintenance so I went ahead with the maintenance. We had an issue with our radio that was producing a whine only when on XM and it was also cutting out. I brought it back and technicians determined that it was a combination of the XM receiver and the alternator. The Honda Carland technicians are the most professional and skilled technicians I have encountered at any dealership. Not only are they good at diagnosing issues but they're great at explaining issues to the customer. I appreciate the Service Manager willingness to take another look at the radio issues. So in the last three service maintenance visits, we have basically overhauled our Odyssey! We're just waiting for Honda Corporate to let go of the "hearse" design on the new Odyssey. Thanks again for the great repairs. We can actually tell that it has been serviced by the way it drives. More
While not happy wth having to replace push button start, we were treated well. Problem resolved when we replaced the starter. Work done quickly and as we were told it would be.
