Well taken care of . I always go to Jason. But this time, I did not see Jason, But before I realize , John walked to me , greeted me well and offered me breakfast too I always go to Jason. Determined Accord with very high mileage may be burning oil and indeed, was low on oil. Professional recommendation is to change oil every 3000 miles to avoid serious problems developing. Waiting time was longer than usual but great service in general as always. Had the rear camera replaced and when I got my car, none of the cameras were turned on, had to set it up by myself and found out t general as always. Had the rear camera replaced and when I got my car, none of the cameras were turned on, had to set it up by myself and found out the new rear camera did not show on the setup page. Brought the car back the next day and was told a cable was loose and they fixed the problem. I would have given 5 stars if the technician had double checked and set up the function to save me the 2nd trip. And thanks to customer service rep,David, he was very helpful and remedy the situation quickly. More
