Horrible! After spending over $5K on a new engine installation, a problem had arisen and their technicians were unable to repair. Spent another $400 to repair something that I figured should have bee installation, a problem had arisen and their technicians were unable to repair. Spent another $400 to repair something that I figured should have been covered in the warranty and it did not work. Now they tell me that $1500 more will surely fix it. Sorry, I have no confidence in your business. More

My advisor Shaq went above and beyond the call of duty to help with a repair I can't say enough great things about the Honda Carland Service Center. My advisor Shaq went above and beyond the call of duty to help with a repair that was under warranty. He was very courteous, personable, communicative, efficient, and respectful of my time. In addition, he offered some suggestions, along with a little elbow grease, to help keep my Odyssey running at its best. Even though Carland had to special order a part during a holiday week, Shaq kept me updated on the progress of the repair which was completed as quickly as possible.
