Whatever you do, stay away from Hometown Chrysler! They are scam artists! I should have went to Google and read reviews before they got me too! All of the positive reviews on here are definitely friends and family of the owner(just like the employees). I purchased a 2019 vehicle with only 28k miles on it two weeks ago. They are roughly 2 hours away from me so I asked them to deliver the vehicle to which they agreed (it looked beautiful online). It took them 8days before they could deliver because they were busy and had to detail it. Or so they said! After having to pull my own carfax I found out they were replacing axels, brakes, and who knows what else. The vehicle was in several accidents and half the van was repainted. Turns out they buy auctioned/repo vehicles and do the bare minimum to flip them. They sent me photoshopped documents blurring out the work that was being done. STAY AWAY! If anyone would like proof I’m happy to send over plenty! I’m sure Fred or Kim will have a semi professional response to this on here but trust me, when confronted they are absolutely horrifying to deal with. I have two open complaints/investigations on them for dealer fraud with the state of Michigan and Chrysler themselves. Hopefully they won’t be able to scam more families out of their hard earned money! More
