Chris Huffman found our 2016 Hyundai Genesis! What?!!! Well we knew exactly what color and options we wanted. Chris went to work and found it 300 miles away. A few days later we drove away from Homer Skelton in our new Genesis, mesmerized by the Head Up Display projected on the windshield. Chris went to bat for us with management on every point of contention that we had. He kept us informed during the buying process and has been supportive post-sale. We think that is rather unusual in the world of sales. We feel like we've been dealing with a friend instead of a "salesman". We are Honda buyers since 1977 (ten Hondas). Before choosing the Genesis, we test-drove Honda Accord, Mazda6, Subaru Legacy, and Lexus ES350. We found the seats in the Genesis (both front and rear) to be very comfortable and we preferred the clean, stylish look of the Genesis interior to the other makes. The Lexus had a lot of appeal, but one small feature broke the deal - the Blind Spot Warning is only visual and not audible. Old folks like us need all the help we can get. We also preferred the exterior look of the Genesis to any of the others. After all these years we were ready for a luxury car with all the safety features and "bells and whistles" that the Genesis has for a reasonable price. If it hadn't been for Chris Huffman's willingness to work with us, we would have been off to check out Acura and Mercedes. One more thing, I have read great reviews of the Genesis in several car magazines. We are looking forward to Genesis becoming its own luxury brand very soon. In summary, Chris Huffman went the extra mile (or 300 miles) for us and we would recommend him to anyone! More
