He had emailed us a couple of Dodge Chargers he wanted us to look at for him at a dealer in the Wolf Chase area. Not really wanting to work with a dealer that far away we stopped in at Homer Skelton Hyundai to look at a Dodge Charger that was parked near the front gate that we saw as we were going by. As we were looking at it we saw that it was out of the price range for son but as were getting ready to leave Luke came out and introduced himself. He was immediately very friendly and seemed to genuinely want to help our son get the car that would make him happy. Luke invited us to come in and browse the inventory of Dodge Chargers that he had available to him on his computer. We found 2 or 3 that our son would be interested in and fit within his budget. After 2 or 3 days with the help of Luke our son decided on the car he wants. Luke was extremely helpful in working out the details for us. Barry was very good to fill in when Luke was busy and help in getting the car moved to the Hyundai lot from the H. S.Ford lot. Barry then went with me on the test drive. He noticed a few items that need fixing on the car that I did not notice at first. The next day he took the car to the local Dodge dealer to get the items fixed under warranty and to get a recall taken care of. Luke and Barry both have been very instrumental in getting the paperwork to my son to sign while he is still out of town and making sure the car will ready for him when comes to town at the end of the month. It has been the most enjoyable auto purchase that I have ever been a part of. My wife has bought two cars from Homer Skelton Hyundai and I'm sure we will be buying more. More

Lack of communication Normally our experience is great, but this time nothing seemed to be right. We always bring canned goods to defray the cost of the oil change. After the oil change was complete, we got word that is was no longer being done. They’re usually open on Saturdays at 7. This time they opened at 8. We were there at 6... And the sticker was not placed in the windshield alerting us when we should come back to have a future oil change. It was just a bad day and that will make us think twice about coming back for our next oil changes. More
