When we finally decided on model and trim level, Ron & Randy were there to serve. They had to stay late for the delivery, but that wasn't an issue. When it came time to close, Curt presented products well. As a matter of fact, this was the first time I have ever purchased an extended warranty much less a pre-paid service policy. Randy is, and has been for a long time, the person I go to when it's time to purchase. I deal with him no matter where he works. My belief is that people do business with people, not companies. When I went into the dealership, I wanted to trade for two cars. I didn't have alot of time for haggling but wanted to see what they could do for me. I talked with the salesman and told him my intention two cars. I didn't have alot of time for haggling but wanted to see what they could do for me. I talked with the salesman and told him my intentions and then he went in and had my truck appraised. Meanwhile he asked if we wanted to drive the vehicles, which we declined. Then we went inside to haggle on the price after we picked out two vehicles from which had the higher rebates. We initially were disapproved since they wanted a few thousand down to get the loan. So my salesman told me that maybe the bank in which we had our current vehicle we were trading in, they might finance us since we have had a long relationship with them. I agreed and went home and started that loan process. Brian didn't hound us but instead waited for us to contact him and then he got the ball rolling further. The bank was having an issue with the loan (special circumstances) so I asked my bank for a point of contact on my loan for whom the dealership could call if they wanted. I was given a number and then I called Brian to tell him what was going on, he told me they would call immediately after we got off the phone and work it out. Within about 20 minutes or so, he called and stated we could come and get the cars the next day. We went in the next day after picking up the check from the bank, signed a few pieces of paper, (in and out pretty quick), then he took the time to sync our phones to both vehicles and then showed us how it all worked. Great time, great experience with our salesman and finance guy. Appreciate the constant commitment to the customer. More

We had actually gone to the dealer to test drive a certified 2013 Honda Accord with low mileage. It wasn't as comfortable as we had thought it to be. Brian found us a 2014 Fusion SEL with some great o certified 2013 Honda Accord with low mileage. It wasn't as comfortable as we had thought it to be. Brian found us a 2014 Fusion SEL with some great options...the ride and handling were what I was looking for at the price we were willing to spend. It was the end of the day; Jamie Christy took us through the paperwork quickly and expertly. All in all, it was a pretty 'painless' experience. We are so enjoying our new Fusion; it's a great car!
