This was by far the best and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. our first "almost-purchase" with this dealership was absolutely HORRIBLE! we signed all the appropriate paperwork and left that night with a decent truck, and waited for 3weeks for our ta dealership was absolutely HORRIBLE! we signed all the appropriate paperwork and left that night with a decent truck, and waited for 3weeks for our tags, only to find out that our paperwork was never actually turned in. someone put it in a drawer and forgot about it. so the banks' changed their minds about financing us and we had to start from scratch at a horrible percentage rate. we gave that truck back and i was certain we were not going back there. a couple weeks went by and we decided Mike McKinnie did such a great job helping us and we knew what happened was out of his hands and in the next person's. So we asked him to help us again, but we wanted a better deal with a better truck. he did an amazing job and pulled through for us a new truck that was cheaper than the used one! and we are very grateful for him and his patience with us. we definitely received top-notch service this 2nd time around. if only it could've been this way the first time....
