Customer Service I went to dealership with my heart set on a Mustang. Initial impression was negative when sales associate, Leslee Cox, approached me to state that the I went to dealership with my heart set on a Mustang. Initial impression was negative when sales associate, Leslee Cox, approached me to state that the dealership could not sell Mustangs. To my disappointment I almost left the dealership. I was then explained to that due to air bag concerns of certain year models that I could purchase a 2015-2016 model. I began my search for a model in stock at the dealership. I found a model and began to negotiate. The salesperson was inattentive and had a sense of not wanting to be selling a car. I was given to another associate, William, whom made the transaction pleasant. I purchased the vehicle based upon his demeanor and willingness to sell me a car. Then it went downhill from there once the papers were signed. I was given back to Leslee, who again did not want to be there and it was obvious. I was not given a tutorial or demonstration of the features/functions of my new car. I was literally told to read the owners manual. Then to add fuel to the fire I wasn't given a full tank of gas. When questioned about the gas he explained he filled it up but there must be something wrong with the fuel gauge. I then was told," you have a warranty so we will fix it.' Not what I wanted to hear. Seriously I just signed my name to a new car and you're telling me there may be something wrong with it! Where is customer service these days? I'm sorry if he had a bad day, but I hate to say"you're in customer service 'man!" Get a new job if you hate it that bad. Why should I as the consumer cry over what should be a great experience? Shame on this dealership if they hire people of this caliber. More

I purchased my 2013 Fusion the last of April. James Johnson was the salesman I dealt with. He was very friendly and helpful. I had one minor problem with my window. I called James, he told me to bring the car and let them look at it. I did and my car was fixed the same day. I don't know the name of the man in the service dept, but he was very nice, also. Ash even rode uis over to another Homer Skelton dealership to look at a different car we had our eye on on the net. After making our choice, we then were ready to deal. We actually had to carry insurance on 2 vehicles because our financing wasn't finalized until a month after we brought car home. The car is now skipping gears so we called to make a service appointment. The car was certified pre owned and we paid extra for the largest warranty available. Imagine our surprise when we called to schedule today and we were OK informed we could be seen October 7th! No replacement vehicle; rather drive am unsafe car with your 2 small children for a month. The only reason they have so many good reviews is because they give you a $50 gift card if you write a review before you leave the showroom. Talk about intimidating? More
