When the customer arrived today to have her vehicle repaired, we already had our windshield repair expert on the way. He repaired her windshield, even going so far as to offer her a lifetime warranty on his work and her windshield in general. We regret that the customer has a negative opinion of our business even after providing the repairs she was asking for.

Truth be told, We asked that the windshield be taken out and sealed properly, since this was the 2nd time in 10wks (my ownership thus far) we had this windshield leak and pouring water in my suv, and these individual insisted that their windshield expert (the same person that supposedly fixed it it properly the 1st time) knew best and he recommended that HE didn't need to do that. I also ask that they put this lifetime warranty bologna in writing, but instead they brushed it off and gave me his business card. And had the audacity to ask my husband if he wanted to take the SUV to be fixed elsewhere since he knew so much about cars. A licensed bonded and insured ASE mechanic for 15yrs, my husband is. I made an expensive mistake purchasing there, but never will i make that mistake again.
