Sales managers have No Integrity!!! I purchased a Toyota from this dealer in October 2017, that told me at the point of sale that the vehicle was "Ford pre-owned certified." The suv had I purchased a Toyota from this dealer in October 2017, that told me at the point of sale that the vehicle was "Ford pre-owned certified." The suv had a moldy smell in it, so, 2wks later I learned why. We had a heavy rain and water started to pour from my headliner as I drove down Goodman Rd. Took the SUV back to them and several sales managers all gave me the run around about fixing the water leak from the windshield. They kept my suv for 6 wks trying to think of reasons not to fix it properly and one sales manager lied and told me that they couldn't give me something to drive while they had my suv. I rented a truck for 2wks before I learned that they had to give me something to ride in. To make a long story short, today, December 22, 2017, 2 months later, we are having a flash flood as we speak and as I drove down church rd water poured from my suv once again. Call the PR person Aubrey, and she basically wanted to tell me that I've had the truck for a month now and that they couldn't be responsible for damages after this period of time. Mind you she's talking about work they supposedly done on the SUV, I'm now responsible for it. Matt the sales manager walked me to her and told me that she was the person under the owner and I needed to talk to her, but after talking to her she basically said she couldn't make any calls without his say so. Anyhow, they are so shiesty, and dirty they even stooped as low as to throw their veteran windshield tech under the bus, trying to place the blame elsewhere. These ppl have no integrity what so ever. They want to make a quick buck and then blame you for buying their xxxx. Mind you they had my truck 6wks of the 10wks I have owned it. I would never do business with this dealership again. Matt the sales manager, Aubrey in public relations, Mr. Archer, and Scott the winshield guy, are all the ppl I dealt with. When you walk in they start sending you around to different ppl trying to come up with a scheme to get you out of there. If my vehicle was fixed properly, the 6wks they had it, I wouldnt be doing this review. Make sure you have a lawyer when dealing with these ppl. Take your business elsewhere. I'm looking forward to PR person Aubrey doing some damage control soon. But watch me work! More

Bad service from Ben Katz in the service department I had brake service on my vehicle in November 2016. I took my vehicle back in yesterday (6-28-17) due to the brakes squealing. The dealership had a co I had brake service on my vehicle in November 2016. I took my vehicle back in yesterday (6-28-17) due to the brakes squealing. The dealership had a complete brake pad and machining of rotors special for $179.95. The service department (Ben Katz) notified me of an issue that they found that should have been corrected on my initial visit, but it wasn't. Unfortunately; I was told that there was nothing that could be done on this visit. As a result, I was charged $179.95 for the front brakes and $179.95 for the back brakes. Yesterday was my last visit to Home Skeleton Ford. I will not be recommending this facility to anyone in the future. More

Beating without the bruises or blood Just took the worst beating I've ever had from their service department. They charged me for 3 1/2 hours to change out an EGR valve (the you tube vi Just took the worst beating I've ever had from their service department. They charged me for 3 1/2 hours to change out an EGR valve (the you tube video is 4 minutes long on how to clean/change an egr valve). At $128 an hour, they made a killing. Total bill was over $900. I've bought more than one vehicle from them over the years, but I can assure you I will never buy another, nor let them touch one that I own. I can see where their priorities are, and it's not costumer service. More
