I needed my brakes c This is the first time I used Homer Skelton's service center. I took my 2016 Mustang in for an air conditioner blowing hot air. I needed my brakes checked as well. They discovered suspension issues and an evaporator core that needed replacement. The car was fixed in a timely manner, and there was a NOTICEABLE difference in driving it. Mr. Jeff Sarbeck gave great communication, the issue was fixed under warranty along with my routine oil change/tire rotation. I would definitely leave my car in their care again in the future! Great experience! More

Disappointed After Frustration I called on January 21st to schedule a recall repair on my 2012 Ford Fusion. The recalls were for the power steering and the air bag. I carried i I called on January 21st to schedule a recall repair on my 2012 Ford Fusion. The recalls were for the power steering and the air bag. I carried it in on Thursday, January 24th around 4:15, expecting to have it completed and able to be driven home on January 25th. I explained the errors my care was showing (power steering assist fault) and inquired if they would have the part in case it could not be reprogrammed. After hearing nothing all day about my car, I called around 4:00 to see if it would be ready. I was told the person would check and get back with me. I got back with them around 5:00 to find out it would not be ready, that a part had to be ordered and the part would not come in until the following Monday.. I expressed how that this was not okay and that I needed my car over the weekend and would they provide me with a loaner or rental. I was told they would call me back. They did and said to wait for Enterprise to call me. They had requested rental for 4 days. Enterprise called. My son and I headed to get me the rental but I got a call on the way that Ford would only pay for 1 day. That would do me no good and I should not pay for their neglecting to have the part when they knew ahead of time that I was coming for the repair. I was very angry and went home and called the recall phone number and talked with Eddie in the Philippians. I got a case number and a promise to be contacted in a week but still no car for while I didn't have mine. Then I called the dealership and talked to Albert who was going to do something but no results. Then the next day I talked to Mr. Simmerman who finally got me a rental on Saturday morning, which I did appreciate. I got my car back on Monday but they had scuffed my door panel and failed to call me and tell me about it. In fact, they had put it on my bill. They did take it off my bill. After emailing my complaint to the dealership, a girl called to talk to me. I am unsure why. She apologized for what happened. More
