I came in for a check engine light that came on in my Acadia on Mother’s Day. Called them Monday since they had been servicing my car. Normally I have been greeted with great service and if I spent over Acadia on Mother’s Day. Called them Monday since they had been servicing my car. Normally I have been greeted with great service and if I spent over a certain amount a coupon would have been applied to my service. Not this time. I was charged $199 for a diagnostic fee that would not have been waived if I decided to have the service repair for my thermostat completed. GMC dealerships have a coupon for $129 for a diagnostic that could have been used and it doesn’t expire until June 30, 2024. The technician was rude and not courteous. The lady at the desk had more empathy and compassion. She apologized as this was not explained prior to my service. Scott could not be found and had not followed up. Disappointed as prior I would have highly recommended this dealership. More
