Worst service I have ever had anywhere period!!!!! The service dept. work on my 2018 Silverado for an ac leak and while in their possession their tech scratched the xxxx out of my dashboard. They also were unable to complete the a/c repair due the part being on backorder (they claimed). I picked the vehicle and on the way home noticed my dash all scratched up and the a/c not working still on a hot summer day. I called the service advisor at Holz Motors and informed him about my dash and he told me to bring it back for them to look at but at the same time claimed all work was done on outside of truck and lied and denied that the tech was ever even in the vehicle. All the scratches were directly above the a/c vent. I then asked if i could get a loaner vehicle until my ac could be fixed since my truck was still under warranty. They claimed that was not something Chevrolet would give me a loaner for since it was drivable( another lie). I brought back the next day and the service manager looked at scratches and once again they lied and denied that their tech was inside truck. He also said their was no way I could get a loaner. I asked him to call Chevy directly to ask if they would pay for rental and I was told he had no way of calling them directly (another lie). I then asked him to get the general manager involved and he refused! I then asked the clerk at service desk to get the GM and he came out. I explained the situation to him and he was a complete jerk and claimed he doesn't deal with any of this stuff and what ever the service manager said was the bottom line. He absolutely refused to act as my representative to Chevy . This general manager has absolutely no business being in the customer service business! I was told to call Chevy myself if I didn't like. I told the GM he was an xxxxxx and I would file lemon law charges on the truck if they couldn't fix ac and repair my dash in a timely fashion. He then spoke to the service manager and long behold all of a sudden they could have the parts there over night! I still went without ac for 2 days and they did repair ac and dash and gave me a loaner 2 days later. The management at this dealership are liars and idiots!!! They should be fired!!!!!!! More

Work to be done I had my truck in for a oil change and asked if they could look at something and give me a price to do it. They said they were to busy. I bring in for a abs hub wheel bearing sensor recall. They said oh we did that already. Im like really. Not long after I go to stop and I can't I keep rolling while going down the street. Now tell me that's not dangerous. Now this occurs every 6 years or so . and around 900 each time. So ya when you pay 30 40 grand you are gambling More
End of a Relationship Atrocious experience with this dealership. I've bought 2 cars from this dealership in the past 5 years, and was recently in the market to replace my Atrocious experience with this dealership. I've bought 2 cars from this dealership in the past 5 years, and was recently in the market to replace my 2012 Equinox. I had an appointment to meet with Darlene Loch, but when I arrived, I found out "she was at lunch". Bad mark #1. Next, I was passed to Ross, her counterpart. To be up front, I told Ross that I had a relative who is a salesperson at Holz sister dealership in Watertown and that I'd likely buy the car from him (the relative) if I decided to buy the Chevy. He asked if there was any chance that he could sell me the car, to which I replied "...you can never say never". Once he realized that he wasn't going to make a sale that night, he got rude and dumped me off on another salesperson, saying "bring a Malibu around for this guy to test drive". It was very apparent from his mannerisms and tone that he no longer wanted anything to do with me. After returning from my test drive, he walked by me twice (within 8 feet) and never looked my way or even offered up a token "hey, how did you like the Malibu" or "can I answer any questions that you may have". Since this visit, the dealership has continued to follow up with me via email. I've left 2 voice mail messages for Carrie Taylor, Internet Specialist and also responded to at least one of the emails advising her to call me so I could provide her with the details of my experience at her dealership. As of this writing (well over a week after my visit), none of these message have been returned. I ended up buying another make at a dealership that treated me very, very well. It's quite safe to say that I will never spend another dime at this dealership, and I'll be quite content to let my friends, relatives and colleagues know where NOT to go to buy a new vehicle. What a shame that a previously very good relationship with this dealership went so south in just one evening. FYI, the only reason I gave a rating of 2 stars is from my previous experiences with Holz. More

Overall, NOT a good Dealer to consider The day of my sale I rate my Salesman as A, my Sales Manager as A+. I buy 1 or 2 new cars a year and I thought I finally found a Dealership that puts The day of my sale I rate my Salesman as A, my Sales Manager as A+. I buy 1 or 2 new cars a year and I thought I finally found a Dealership that puts the customer first. Was I fooled! The next 2 days after my sale I now rate my Salesman as B-, my Sales Manager as B, the parts Dept as AA++ and the Holz Service Dept Writer as C-. Look folks, it's very common for car Dealers to be all talk and no action. Once you get past that, you have to hope you received a great deal and will receive great Service for your vehicle at the Dealership. With Holz, I'm willing to sit down with some one that cares and describe my experience with them. I will still do business with them, ONLY if someone listens to me and doesn't feed me a bunch of B.S.. We invest a lot of our money so we want to insure our investment is safe as long as we own the vehicle. My overall experience with Holz for my new 2016 Camaro that I just purchased is very disappointing. With the exception of the Parts Dept, overall, I was treated very poorly with some deception by Sales and the Service Dept treated me with rudeness, belligerence, disrespect and lies. In short, the minute I drove my new car off the lot, I have a noise in the left front wheel/shock area which I would like fixed. Instead, I experienced a Service Dept that does not stand behind their vehicles and requires a part to fall off the car before they fix the noise!! Mine is just one, I'm sure, of many nightmare some customers experience. The Dealers only display the good reviews they receive. I am a 68 year old Disabled Vietnam Veteran who served their country proudly.....AND would do it again in a heartbeat. Wouldn't it be nice that auto Dealerships, like Holz for example, would have the same attitude?! Thank you very much if you have read this in entirety. You be the judge. Remember, this was an overview. The detail was left out for the purpose of time and space. More
