1 day after a routine oil change I found a huge puddle of oil under my car and a dry dipstick. In anticipation of a blizzard I needed my SUV. They made no effort to repair my car until I was towed in after 4 oil under my car and a dry dipstick. In anticipation of a blizzard I needed my SUV. They made no effort to repair my car until I was towed in after 4 phone calls over 5 hours. Of course no fault of theirs, the oil filter was defective, I needed my SUV to be operational for the blizzard, their efforts to rectify their error were half hearted and made with no sense of urgency.
