My car was taken in at time of appointment and I was provided with a courtesy taxi home where i only had to wait for approximately an hour. They went above and beyond by getting me a courtesy taxi back provided with a courtesy taxi home where i only had to wait for approximately an hour. There was no confusion as to my responsibility for the service; have been held responsible for oil change costs in the past, despite being included in the lease and this time there was no miscommunication. Jason was wonderful! My biggest issue was with pick up. I was told by multiple people it was a 3 hour job and I didn’t get my car back until 6 hours later. I had seen it was ready 30 minutes before I received any phone call. However the post disappointment was when I picked up my car. It was during the cold snap. My car windows were all iced up and someone had just driven my car. I had to wait 20 minutes for it to thaw because it wasn’t safe to drive. And along with that my windows got scratched up and I had to walk around the building to get it because I was told it would be by the service center and they were brining it around and it was by the dealership portion. I will still use holtz, just wish this experience could have been better. More
