Was told lube ,oil and filter and rotate was a package . . I presented free oil change card from finance manager , then was told rotate was extra $28 .. not included .. deceiving way of trying to sell work . This review is about entering in the wrong email address and sending documents to the wrong person with communicating back to me. Good morning. This review is about entering in the wrong email address and sending documents to the wrong person with the same name. This is the second car in the past 5 years and using the wrong email address. Please call your customer and verify the correct email address. There is a dot in the middle of the first and last name. This has been left of and I get all of the on star notices and oil changes for someone else car. I can’t block it because I have cars that also use the same service so now I’m getting them conjoined.
