We understand how upsetting it is to face ongoing issues after investing in repairs, and we regret that your recent service experience with us did not meet your expectations. While your Crosstrek was in our care, we did provide a complimentary loaner vehicle to help minimize the disruption to your daily life. Our team also worked diligently with Subaru of America to try to identify the root cause of the recurring issue. Unfortunately, despite extensive diagnostics and consultations, we were unable to replicate the problem or find any abnormalities at the time. That said, we never want a customer to feel unheard or unsupported. If you're open to it, we would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to review what happened in more detail and see how we might be able to make things right. Thank you again for your feedback. We take it seriously and will use it to improve.
