Esmeralda brought me the actual filters from my car so that I could decide, first hand, whether or not to replace them (which I asked them to do), and also she informed me that my rear brakes were in need of replacement and was able to give me the measurements on them! Originally, I made my appt. to have my transmission fluid changed at 8 AM on 4/13/23! In addition to my aforementioned service, Kristen and team performed an overall "Complete C to have my transmission fluid changed at 8 AM on 4/13/23! In addition to my aforementioned service, Kristen and team performed an overall "Complete Complimentary Vehicle Walk Around & Multi Point Inspection" of my vehicle, and detected other concerns that was brought to my attention while waiting in the ultra-clean Customer Waiting Area! This is when Holmgren Subaru Customer Service Rep Jake came to discuss what was found during the aforementioned Walk Around Inspection, which I agreed to have repaired! Since the repair would take longer than initially expected, Jake asked me if I would like to use a customer service vehicle to return to my home address, or would I prefer to be driven home and picked-up at home once my vehicle was ready? I chose the latter, and Customer Service Rep named "Joe" took me home and returned later that afternoon to pay for my outstanding service and drive home in my 2013 Subaru that now drives like its brand new again too! Note: Mr. Joe drove very safe, and he was very pleasant and courteous too! Also, shortly after I originally arrived at 7:45 AM to have my transmission fluid changed, the Cookie Monster dropped some Cookies off at Holmgren's Sales Counter where Mr. Kristopher greeted the Cookie Monster! Then when I initially went into the Customer Service Counter where I signed in with Mr. Mike and dropped off a treat from the Cookie Monster, is when Mr. Kristopher appeared with a Holmgren Subaru Coffee Mug and a Holmgren Key Chain Ring Gift for the Cookie Monster! 😊 PS: If all goes well, according to my Holmgren Oil Sticker, I'll be back (with the cookie Monster) in Oct!
