I have purchased two new vehicles from this dealership in the last four years. Most recently a 2022 Ford F-350 King Ranch Diesel. The truck has had several issues. I paid over $100K for this vehicle including the “service for life”….what a joke that is. This spring my engine check light came on. When I called the dealership, they told me it would be three weeks before they could look at it. Then last week, my batteries quit, so I called the dealership. They told me it would be TWO weeks before they had time to look at it and honor their three year warranty…I ended up buying the batteries on my own. Just today, I called them about a warranty issues with my wipers, and they actually told me it would be EIGHT, yes EIGHT weeks before they would have an appointment. I have had numerous other issues. NONE of them have been fixed by this dealership. After purchasing over $180K in vehicles, I can tell you stay away. Their service department, ESPECIALLY their Diesel side of the house should get a ZERO. I love my Ford Superduty, and I have owned many Ford trucks. STAY AWAY from this dealership. I now go to Green Valley. At least they are professional and helpful. Except for the fact that it is a 45 minute drive. I don’t usually post negative comments, but this dealership deserves a big fat ZERO. Their service department is the WORST I have EVER experienced. If you want a Ford, go buy it where the service actually stands behind the vehicle. Holmes Tuttle has MAJOR issues with support on Diesels. I will NEVER go to this dealership again. The question on this review are about the service received. I have to state that I have NOT received service on my truck on THREE separate occasions. EIGHT weeks to schedule warranty work and an oil change????? REALLY. Maybe it’s time they pay their workers a better salary. I feel sorry for the very nice and professional service advisor (Chris) who has to tell customers they have to wait over EIGHT weeks to get service….and tell them to call another dealership. More
I stopped in for a cruise control problem while on a family trip and their service department got it diagnosed and repaired within about 24 hours. I stopped by and scheduled a recall for a Ford Explorer, Kristeen Sanders the service advisor was very helpful and explained the details around the recall. Called the dealership to schedule a safety recall, on a company fleet vehicle. The person that answered the phone mention that I have no recalls for any of my vehicles on their database, I mention that thi company fleet vehicle. The person that answered the phone mention that I have no recalls for any of my vehicles on their database, I mention that this is a new vehicle, and the person kept saying that the 2016 and 2017 models have no recalls, I mention that I was calling for a 2021 vehicle and the response was that there are no recalls. I got forwarded to a manager, that sadly ended up on a voice mail. Note: I have been calling and leaving a voice mail to the service department for two weeks, after no call back. I was able to talk to someone today with no luck. More
This dealership absolutely has the worst service department in the State of AZ possibly in the U.S....They will not answer there phone or return messages and if you did not buy you're vehicle there department in the State of AZ possibly in the U.S....They will not answer there phone or return messages and if you did not buy you're vehicle there it is almost impossible to get them to work on it....I can not rate them on the work they do because you can not get a appointment or anyone to answer the phone... Purchased a new 2017 F150 in September of 2017. I never had issures scheduling service until October of 2022. I spent 2 weeks trying to talk to a human in the service department. My wife called and left messages also. No one would answer the phone or call me back. So I took my truck to another service center for some of my work. I was able to schedule my Maintenance for Life on the website. When you prepay for maintenance you want to use it. I was told that the phone system was not working properly and therefore they never received my messages. I am not believe that, since I was able to have the parts department and the receptionist both answer the phone and transfer my call that then went unanswered and then went to VM. It is now February 2023 and I need service for some issues and having the exact same problem with trying to schedule service as I had in October 2022. No humans in the service department answer the phone or return messages. This dealership service department has zero customer service when it comes to scheduling customer service. I guess I will be taking my service needs to another service center. More
We have purchased our vehicles form Holmes Tuttle since the sixties. The service repair department has gone downhill. I will never go there again. Very rude service manager. Extremely poor process to make a simple appointment for a diagnostic test to be done on my 2018 Ford escape. My car has a "Service Engine now" light that came on. The experience of setting up a Service appointment was very frustrating. Apparently only one person is able to schedule appointments in the Service Department. I played phone tag with the person over a few days. I called back to request an appointment and was told they "need to keep the car for at least three days." I was shocked to hear this news. It's just a quick diagnostic test for God sakes! On top of it all, the interface on their website should not offer customers the option to schedule a service appointment if it's not "Active" or linked to work. I will take my business elsewhere. More
