Poor customer service and communication from service technician and representative.. This place has gone to xxxx in a handbag. I will have all of my servicing done at the Shreveport location. The manager is a smart xxx as well and the representatives are aloof. I told the manager that I had considered buying a new car on that day but after that poor but after the way that I was treated and ignored that I would not. He stated in a sarcastic way, well I'm sorry to hear that. I dropped my car off @9:00 am that morning and was informed that it would be ready by 3:30 pm. I called @3:00 pm and they hadn't even started on it. They said it would be ready in 30 or 40 minutes. I got there an hour later and that hadn't even started working on. They said that they had to order a part and that it would take a couple of days to come and that I had to leave my car with them until then. They insisted that they didn't have a loaner car. I told them to just bring me my car and I left. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER! More
