I had an appointment and I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change even after being told it would be 1.5 to 2 hours. Ridiculous! I have just stopped in for an oil change and had to wait 1.5 to 2 hours but no change even after being told it would be 1.5 to 2 hours. Ridiculous!
