I had an unexpected mechanical issue late in the afternoon. After calling AAA, I called my Toyota advisor, Mark Benish. Mark assured me and told me to bring the car in. Given the late hour, he said afternoon. After calling AAA, I called my Toyota advisor, Mark Benish. Mark assured me and told me to bring the car in. Given the late hour, he said the car would need to be kept overnight. I told Mark that I had to work the next day but that I understood if the car could not be done prior to my departure. Toyota provided me a ride home (through Lyft which was very easy and quick). The following day, I received a call and email which showed the recommendations needed and that the concern and issue was resolved. I was able to pick up my car and get to work on time. More

They did not fix my recall issue. Most likely because the mechanic new he would not get paid full rate for fixing a recalled issue. Also, my rental (2021 Toyota Sienna Hybrid) was the dirtiest rental I’ve ev mechanic new he would not get paid full rate for fixing a recalled issue. Also, my rental (2021 Toyota Sienna Hybrid) was the dirtiest rental I’ve ever been given. Not washed, not vacuumed, definitely not wiped down. You think that would all be mandatory due to Covid. The inside of the rental car/ van was absolutely disgusting! I will never come back to your facility if this is what you hand people. Very dissatisfied. More
