From pulling into the service lot no line to opening my car door for assistance. I felt welcomed in an instance and never had that at a car dealership. Service writer wrongly estimated left headlight bulb replacement would require light assembly and bumper removal costing $494 when it only needed a simple 10 minute bulb removal and replacement from ins replacement would require light assembly and bumper removal costing $494 when it only needed a simple 10 minute bulb removal and replacement from inside the engine compartment. I tried to correct him but he refused to reconsider and I left a routine oil change with one working headlight and will have to figure out how to change the bulb myself so I can drive after 5pm now. Incompetent and unreasonable!! More

Excellent service department.
