The service was excellent on Friday 1/10/25 for tires and alignment. Service advisor (Ryan Holloway) did a excellent job. . I returned to Holman Toyota for the 2nd visit for service. I was greeted warmly by Rachel Schaffield who handled everything very capably. Vehicle was in for an oil change and brake fluid change. Was told approx 2 hours, took 3 hours and change. Advisor told me would be ready soon, had to ask him 30+ min later if it was done yet, "oh it's ta Was told approx 2 hours, took 3 hours and change. Advisor told me would be ready soon, had to ask him 30+ min later if it was done yet, "oh it's taking a bit longer than expected". Upon presenting a valid, current coupon for $64.95 synthetic oil change at Liberty Toyota, I was informed that this could not be accepted per Holman policy. This is unacceptable and for a $40 difference i will be taking my vehicle to Liberty Toyota, this is not a small savings. My tech should have said usually we do not do a discount of that much but I will ask my supervisor and have him come talk to me since I was waiting at the dealership. Overnight my vehicle was leaking oil and I woke up to a large oil stain on my driveway with oil still leaking. I brought my vehicle back in and an oil change was performed again, at your expense after it was found that the oil filter used was defective. Don't take your car here for service!!! More

I was very impressed with the whole operation. I really liked that I had my very own point person to contact and walk me through the process. Joseph Falotico answered all of my questions and since I really liked that I had my very own point person to contact and walk me through the process. Joseph Falotico answered all of my questions and since some RECALLS were needed, he offered me a rental car so I would not be inconvenienced. I was blown away of the video of my 21 point inspection. There were a lot of potential problems and I was happy to have the car serviced with the actual Holman Toyota dealer. I feel safe and secure for my long road trips this summer.
