Our sales rep Paul made us feel like friends from the minute we met him. He was so welcoming and so helpful. We were concerned that the car we wanted would not fit in our garage. We lived nearby so while on a test drive we drove to our house and tested that concern. Who does that!!? Needless to say we are happy to be part of the Toyota family and absolutely love our new Grand Highlander. I will definitely recommend Holman Toyota to my friends and will send them to Paul. He made the entire process easy and seamless!. I also want to mention Carl Tassy in financing who was very clear about our options and handled the whole process of purchasing the car so easy. The service was excellent on Friday 1/10/25 for tires and alignment. Service advisor (Ryan Holloway) did a excellent job. . I returned to Holman Toyota for the 2nd visit for service. I was greeted warmly by Rachel Schaffield who handled everything very capably. Vehicle was in for an oil change and brake fluid change. Was told approx 2 hours, took 3 hours and change. Advisor told me would be ready soon, had to ask him 30+ min later if it was done yet, "oh it's ta Was told approx 2 hours, took 3 hours and change. Advisor told me would be ready soon, had to ask him 30+ min later if it was done yet, "oh it's taking a bit longer than expected". Upon presenting a valid, current coupon for $64.95 synthetic oil change at Liberty Toyota, I was informed that this could not be accepted per Holman policy. This is unacceptable and for a $40 difference i will be taking my vehicle to Liberty Toyota, this is not a small savings. My tech should have said usually we do not do a discount of that much but I will ask my supervisor and have him come talk to me since I was waiting at the dealership. Overnight my vehicle was leaking oil and I woke up to a large oil stain on my driveway with oil still leaking. I brought my vehicle back in and an oil change was performed again, at your expense after it was found that the oil filter used was defective. Don't take your car here for service!!! More
