Holman Infiniti is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I brought a G convertible a few months ago at another dealership and was fed up with their terrible service. I decided to bring my car to Holman at 3600 miles and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The service provided at Holman is definitely top notch - I was having problems with my rear rotors at 6000 miles (squealing) and initially Holman machined both the rear rotors and brake pads. After that did not solve the problem, they offered to replaced both my rear rotors and brake pads under warranty. Just recently I was having issues with my Retractable Hard Top, and it was found that one of the mechanical parts were bent (probably caused by the first dealership when they serviced my hard top twice). Holman once again stood by my side and offered to replace the part under warranty. My greatest experience with Infiniti so far is not the car itself, but the fact that I found a great dealership such as Holman. It has been a headache since owning my G convertible but I know I can relied on Holman to fix all the problems. More
Lou Castro has proven to be very accomdating and helpful when I come in for service. Couldn't ask for anyone nicer and or more gracious and anixous to get the job done and please the client. Brian Lennox was the tech, don't know him but the car was left clean and in perfect condition right down to the "shower cap" covering the steering wheel, gotta love that. The women at the reception desk were helpful and on the job. Happy with everything. It is a good sign that I am only in for regular "check ups" because that means the car and service are great. More

My truck needed service on the hatch. It was so easy to pull up and get in my compilmentary car. Car was having a problem with the power rear sun shade. Holman found the problen, ordered the part and replaced it in a timely manner. They also replaced the drivers side body seal that was torn. This dealer is very customer oriented. I appreciate that I am given a car when sevice is going to take some time. Had a question on the paint finish on my new Infinti G37. I contacted the Service Department and was directed to Lou Castro. Lou could not have been more friendly and helpful. He consulted with both the Service Manager and body department. They corrected the problem free of charge and gave me a loaner car to use while they addressed the situation. They even offered to pick up the loaner at my house since I was going out of town. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. I also bought floor mats at the parts department and Greg Romano was super friendly and again ensured I was completely happy with my purchase as well as offered advise on maintaining the car. More

I have serviced two leased Infiniti's through this dealer for a total of six years and now won't bu for unnecessary service and repairs? Yes, also. I have serviced two leased Infiniti's through this dealer for a total of six years and now won't buy another Infiniti because I won't want to service it there. On multiple occasions, I caught the service advisor giving me inaccurate or false information with the purpose of selling me services that were not necessary. On one occasion, they recommended changing the transmission fluid at 30,000 miles. I questioned this, asking whether the manufacturer recommends this. I was told yes. Doubting this, I looked further into it and found that the manufacturer recommends a change at 30k if you are on the "severe usage" service schedule (frequently below freezing or extremely hot desert driving). I live in New Jersey. The same service advisor recommended changing brakes, indicating a particular measurement being below the acceptable level. I agreed to do it. When I got the paperwork, I noted that in the mechanic's own report the levels were not in the "watch" or "must service" tolerance, but were listed as acceptable. When I questioned the advisor, she explained that he must have made a typo. Thanks, Holman, you lost Infiniti and yourselves a customer. I'm so far very happy with my new dealer. More
