Service experience was better than I have had at any other Infiniti dealership EVER. Made appt. online - easy. Treated well when dropped car off. Was easy to know where to go and what to do. As for MY Infiniti ( 1st Infiniti for me , coming from Volvo , Jaguar and Fords ) , I LOVE this car. I was very apprehensive at first , but the more I drive this car , QX60 , the more I LOVE it. ( car is FULLY loaded and thus has all the latest safety features ) I highly recommend the car - but recommend the staff at Holman more. BTW - I just had my first service experience with Holman Infiniti. Just as professional as the sales experience. More
