Advisor unclear on repair costs It was my first visit to this dealer. I asked for an estimated cost on a particular repair service. I was advised "about $200 and some change". Since I had to pay $85 for the mechanic to advise the actual cost for the repair and this fee was non-refundable I agreed to have the repair done. More

There was an impending storm and my car would not start.
