Bad customer service I walked into the service center to replace my splash guard after having made an appointment online that morning for 11:40 am. I stood in the service I walked into the service center to replace my splash guard after having made an appointment online that morning for 11:40 am. I stood in the service lobby for a full 5 minutes with employees walking past me completely ignoring me with not so much as a "hello, someone will be right with you". I walked up to one of the service desks and asked if I could be taken care of. I was told that they were "very busy" despite there being appointments available every 20 minutes online and just one second. After dropping off my car, I was called and told that they did not have the part they needed (it was going to be $250 with labor) but could get it and fix my car the next day. I said this was fine as I'm not driving much these days anyways. I went to pick up my car the next day and am presented with a bill of $286. I see that half of the increase that they showed me is for taxes, fine and the other $17 is a miscellaneous charge so I asked what this was for. They told me it was for part removal, I said this is impossible as my splash guard was removed before I brought my vehicle in. Then I'm told it's for rags and other miscellaneous charges. So I clarified that I was being charged $17 for rags and the charge was removed. Lastly, my part was charged to me at $157 and I saw the work order, the part cost the service center $58, that is a 175% mark up. Ridiculous. More
Service on my 2001 S2000 Eddy was very helpful in coordinating the work on my S2000. It was completed sooner than he promised. He called to provide updates. Romel did a great video inspection that let me see exactly how things are with the car. I'm very satisfied with the customer service and the service done to my car. I'll use Holman Honda again to service my Honda cars. More
Great, I would suggest letting the customer know about any extended warranties or recalls they may unknowingly have while they are getting their cars serviced so they can get services they may need- it wi any extended warranties or recalls they may unknowingly have while they are getting their cars serviced so they can get services they may need- it will save them a lot of money, while also putting you in the super star stratosphere of great car dealers.
