Worst service center EVER I'm a NASA engineer so I know a bit about technical things. Holman Honda service department and its Service Manager are lacking in technical knowledge I'm a NASA engineer so I know a bit about technical things. Holman Honda service department and its Service Manager are lacking in technical knowledge. They "guess" at what's wrong, change out a part, and if they guessed wrong, they charge you to change out another part. They keep doing this until they get lucky and change out the actual defective part. Meanwhile, the customer has a string of overpriced bills. And even if you get your car serviced there, they still charge for the diagnosis. Most car dealer service departments don't charge for the diagnosis if you get the work done at their shop. But not Holman! They used to be good. Somehow, management has changed and it has ruined what was once a good service department. A few years ago I wrote a letter to Holman Honda praising them for having a wonderful dealership. How the mighty have fallen! While I was there, I heard other customers complaining, this is not the kind of place that anyone would want to go. More

Great Service I brought my car in for service as I always use your dealership Eddie is very professional and courteous service adviser. I really like when the mec I brought my car in for service as I always use your dealership Eddie is very professional and courteous service adviser. I really like when the mechanic sends you a video of the inspection of the car. Very straight forward and shows you exactly what is wrong and needs attention to. I do not feel like I would be taken advantage of. My car runs great. More
