I have been bringing my car to Kuni Honda since 2007 and have always received prompt, effiicient, courteous service for my 2007 Honda CRV, I was concerned that as my car got older the level of care might n have always received prompt, effiicient, courteous service for my 2007 Honda CRV, I was concerned that as my car got older the level of care might not be as good, but Kuni Honda services my vehicle every visit like it's brand new. It's easy to book appointments and I know the quality of materials and service is the reason my vehicle has done so well all these years. The service advisors are great, too! Kudos to Kuni Honda! I came to this dealership from another local dealership that had a terrible time answering their phones. After calling several times, I gave up and looked elsewhere. Gabe is newer, but just as friendly, helpful, attentive, etc. I had to use the collision center recently and that experience was great as well! Jarod was timely and kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle repairs. Roman helped me purchase my most recent Honda and he too has been amazing. Attentive, friendly, professional, and super helpful! I love you guys, thanks for treating me like royalty every time I visit! I will continue to recommend you to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and wonderful customer service! More

Sold me a 2017 civic during the winter with a faulty air conditioning system That I didn’t realize wasn’t working properly until summer hit. This AC is a new system that no other place on the planet other than the dealership that has the machine to work on it. And it costs me $500 just to recharge it. That is 5 times the amount it costs to recharge any other car ac system in any other car than a Honda. This is a scam produced by Honda to take more money from you after the sale. Stay clear of the new Honda!!! Buy literally any other brand of vehicle! More
Sales was average. ALWAYS something an issue with service. Bought my new 2018 Honda FIT SPORT here. Scott was fine, average, quick, little b.s. and got me on my way quickly. Every other time in the dealership since my purchase in passing he walks right past me nothing said, not even a hello. Have taken the car here for all oil changes except 1. and all warranty work, plus a few minor repairs of my own doing. I bring my car to the Honda dealership and expect to pay a little more. I also expect that it will be done correctly every time. There always seems to be something with the service department. once I left and they didnt put 2 valve stem caps back on the wheels. twice the tire pressures were all different. once they didnt put the dipstick back in all the way and oil went all over a 2 month old engine. they offered a free oil change, I explained I just want it done correctly. One time I got all a call a few days after service asking for $100 since they forgot to collect a deductable. recenty took me car in for an oil change and tranny flush. asked them to check the check engine light. turns out it needed all kinds of stuff (under warranty) they set me up with a rental. parts came in 3 days except for the catalytic converter, which took 6. i came back on day 7 and it took the service writer 2 hours to complete my paperwork even though I told him I would be in at 7am on the dot to pick up my car. Days later the service writer called me asking for 4 days of rental car fees to pay enterprise. I explained enterprise took down my credit card they can bill me or contact me. he said since enterprise billed Kuni, I would have to pay the dealership to pay Enterprise. This is the last contact I made or will make with Kuni. I will be going to Schomp or Planet Honda and give them my business. More
