This was our first visit to Kuni Honda and we were assisted by the service manager Alfred. We were not happy with a brake issue on our Accord, Alfred got involved and immediately my husband and I kne assisted by the service manager Alfred. Mike was extremely helpful and willing to answer all my questions. He explained everything that was being done to my van, and when an issue arose, he took the time to explore all the various options and c questions. I took my Fit in for regular maintenance. It was due for a couple of filter changes, but the filters were fine, so they didn't change them--and they didn't charge me for unnecessary parts. The Kuni Honda service dept was extremely professional and courteous. My vehicle was fixed very quickly and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. The shuttle driver was just awesome!
