Mr. Fletcher, We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and, it is unfortunate for both you and Kuni Honda that there is no resolve that we can agree to. You have a radiator leak from a road hazard not, a defective part as you are implying. The puncture is not covered under your extended warranty and that is the decision of the warranty holder, a third party entity. We did not drain your radiator, it leaked out from the puncture in your radiator. The prices you are sharing are not correct, they are much lower. We did not do any service on your vehicle as you elected not to but instead, drive the vehicle home. We cautioned you that by doing so you would be a risk for greater damage. Your calls were responded to. The end result is that since it is your responsibility, you did in fact have your vehicle repaired elsewhere. Mr. Fletcher, you have made it very clear that you will excerise your right and take every opportunity to defame Kuni Honda because, your radiator is not covered by the extended warranty company, a third party entity. Mr. Fletcher, I do understand your frustration with your situation and that unfortunate things happen to good people. I wish you all the best.
