I was very pleased with the friendliness of this dealership/service department. I recently moved to the Denver area from Washington, DC and needed an oil change and the alignment looked at. Joe was very informative of what was causing the alignment problem and what he recommended. I am usually really on guard when I take my car in for service at a dealership because I feel like I am always pressured into getting service that my car doesn't need. I applause the recommendations, but Joe didn't push them on me like other dealerships have done in the past. I will be coming back to this dealership for future service on my Honda. As for why I gave the pricing an "ok": I was expecting to pay much less when I dropped my car off -- obviously, a closer look into the problem with the alignment uncovered the real problem (the tire) which made the price double what I had anticipated since they had to replace the front tires. I understand that they can't predict a cause until they look at the car but in situations like these where the price doubles, another discount should be given. More
My service went smoothly. My car was ready 3 hours before I needed it. The service representative was very friendly, helpful, and honest. It's not a hassle to bring my car in for service as the dealer has an excellent waiting area with WiFi so I can work while I wait. (Also...there are snacks.) Having never been to this dealership, I did not know what to expect. But the representative at the Service Desk ( Mike Christian ) was very friendly, curtiouse, and explained everything in detail so I would to expect. My experience with this dealership has been exceptional for the 5+ years I've had my Honda serviced there. Mike Christian was very helpful throughout this service issue, giving me reliable information abo for the 5+ years I've had my Honda serviced there. Mike Christian was very helpful throughout this service issue, giving me reliable information about the possible cost of needed repairs, timelines for completion of the work, coordinating shuttle service to my job.... on and on. The possible repair on my 2002 CRV could have been very costly ($1500+), but I the technicians diagnosed and corrected a much less expensive repair. This is integrity and honesty at work in that they did the needed repairs, didn't charge me for the diagnostic work done (I wouldn't have minded if they had charged me - it was a legitimate service) and were completely transparent and straightforward with me from start to finish. I will never have my aging CRV serviced elsewhere and intend to buy my next Honda from this impressive dealership. More
I felt that I was given excellent service. Mike and the mechanic were very respectful and knowledgeable. The mechanic [I wish that I could remember his name, sorry] discovered all of these issues and another problem that I was not aware of. The loner car was really appreciated, I am a part time care giver and need a car 24/7. The waiting area was very comfortable and welcoming. I was very impressed with the bay area. Also, appreciated the car wash. The only downside is that the cost was a little pricy. I am a senior citizen and any thing over $100.00 is pricy to me lol I understand that this is a dealership and I get expert workmanship, and I was willing to pay this amount. May I make a suggestion: I lived in the Phoenix area before coming to Colorado and the dealership that I visited offered a discount, on an oil change and also a complimentary car wash, to ladies on Tuesdays. This made me feel very special and was helpful financially. I am aware that you have coupons via your web site but everyone sadly, does not have access.
