Having never been to this dealership, I did not know what to expect. But the representative at the Service Desk ( Mike Christian ) was very friendly, curtiouse, and explained everything in detail so I would to expect. I felt that I was given excellent service. Mike and the mechanic were very respectful and knowledgeable. The mechanic [I wish that I could remember his name, sorry] discovered all of these issues and another problem that I was not aware of. The loner car was really appreciated, I am a part time care giver and need a car 24/7. The waiting area was very comfortable and welcoming. I was very impressed with the bay area. Also, appreciated the car wash. The only downside is that the cost was a little pricy. I am a senior citizen and any thing over $100.00 is pricy to me lol I understand that this is a dealership and I get expert workmanship, and I was willing to pay this amount. May I make a suggestion: I lived in the Phoenix area before coming to Colorado and the dealership that I visited offered a discount, on an oil change and also a complimentary car wash, to ladies on Tuesdays. This made me feel very special and was helpful financially. I am aware that you have coupons via your web site but everyone sadly, does not have access. My experience with this dealership has been exceptional for the 5+ years I've had my Honda serviced there. Mike Christian was very helpful throughout this service issue, giving me reliable information abo for the 5+ years I've had my Honda serviced there. Mike Christian was very helpful throughout this service issue, giving me reliable information about the possible cost of needed repairs, timelines for completion of the work, coordinating shuttle service to my job.... on and on. The possible repair on my 2002 CRV could have been very costly ($1500+), but I the technicians diagnosed and corrected a much less expensive repair. This is integrity and honesty at work in that they did the needed repairs, didn't charge me for the diagnostic work done (I wouldn't have minded if they had charged me - it was a legitimate service) and were completely transparent and straightforward with me from start to finish. I will never have my aging CRV serviced elsewhere and intend to buy my next Honda from this impressive dealership. More

Went for regular maintenance work. This was my first visit and a good experience. All options were explained and I was showed around the dealership and the waiting area. WHat an awesome custoer service I received today. I went for Honda Recall service and during the inspection they also found out that my Cabin air filter is dirty so they replace it. On Chris' part, I think he is the best employee there I ever met. But on pricing I think paying $6.12+tax for environment disposal fee wasn't the right charge, specially when things got changed under the warranty. I would expect taht money to be returned to me. I didnt ask Chris about this as I noticed this charge only after reaching my home. More
I appreciated Shawn Butchers (kuni honda) attention to my issues over the previous months. After my patience on some issues regarding my new vehicle started wearing thing (didn't buy at kuni) I realized that issues over the previous months. I knew things would get taken care of if we both just stuck with it. He addressed all the issues that I had been having with my Pilot and and even a couple that developed during that time. I have been coming to Kuni Honda for service since I had a poor experience with the service at Mile High Honda. I have found that Kuni Honda has very good service so even though I have moved to Aurora, I c a poor experience with the service at Mile High Honda. I have found that Kuni Honda has very good service so even though I have moved to Aurora, I continue to come to Kuni. What I find is that the people at Kuni are friendly, helpful, and caring. Chris, who is a new person at Kuni, was so helpful and caring. I have limited income and Chris worked with me so that I could have the service that I could afford and would make me safe. Next he showed me the next step to make sure that I have the appropiate service. Also Cliff,the driver, was very personable while he drove me to and from Kuni.
