I have always been impressed with the friendliness and prompt service at Kuni Honda. We especially appreciate the great customer service Mike Christian provided. We were greeted right away in the garage prompt service at Kuni Honda. We especially appreciate the great customer service Mike Christian provided. We were greeted right away in the garage and did not have to wait at all. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions. We also appreciate the prompt follow-up phone call (when the part that was on back order came in.) Thanks! More
The gentleman that sits at the first service desk was extremely helpful. I was able to work with a dealer to look at new cars while the service people worked on my truck. They located me to let me know extremely helpful. I was able to work with a dealer to look at new cars while the service people worked on my truck. They located me to let me know it was finished. The explanation of the service needed on the truck was thorough and easy to understand. I appreciate the work that Kuni Honda does and how they treat each person like a person and not a number. More
mike was very friendly and provided excellent customer service skills. Joe was also great in working out a deal since the cost came out to almost $3000. In terms of quality of workmanship, it looks fine service skills. Joe was also great in working out a deal since the cost came out to almost $3000. In terms of quality of workmanship, it looks fine so far, but I have only driven the car twice. Lori was also very friendly when she had called to follow up on the service. More
Outstanding prices, service and waiting area - I was really surprised at the low price for the number of services I had performed. I will be buying another Honda when I purchase my next vehicle. It has been a great experience in dealing with Kuni Honda - from the sale to the service, I have always encountered friendly helpful people. The customer waiting area is by far the nicest I have seen. Clea - from the sale to the service, I have always encountered friendly helpful people. On Feb 17th we brought out Pilot in for what my wife described to Mr. Butcher as a rattling noise. A service Tech moved the A/C bracket which was touching lines. Tech stated there was a test drive and t described to Mr. Butcher as a rattling noise. A service Tech moved the A/C bracket which was touching lines. Tech stated there was a test drive and the noise was gone. However, when my wife came home that night the vehicle was making the same noise that we took it in for. I personally brought it in a few weeks later. I dropped the vehicle off with Mr. Staab and I had him listen to the noise - He described it as a chirping noise. As a note I could hear the chriping at his computer across the bay from the vehicle over other cars running in the bay. I later was informed that there was a service bulletin to install a taper shim 2 kit, a belt tensioner was also replaced. I inquired why this noise was not better diagnosed, as well as why if there was service bulletin why my vehicle made it out a few weeks prior without being properly diagnosed. I was informed that since my wife described the noise as a rattling that the service tech felt he had taken care of the problem even though the vehicle was still making the same noise. Service bulletins from my understanding are sent out to prevent damage from occuring or causing more damage to a vehicle. I was given the impression that the bulletin was out the first time the vehicle was in. I have since found the service bulletin was date April 10th 2010, and it covers Pilots 2005-2009. I have 2 issues. If this has been a problem since 2005 covering Accord, Odyssey, pilots, and ridgelines as well as the other branch of the company Acura MDX and TL's. Why has honda not corrected this issue from the manufacturing side? #2 if a car comes in with today's computer technology why would it not be flagged to have ever Service bulletin angle checked out? I bought a honda for it's "reliability" and the better service I thought I would receive verses the crappy service I received from Dodge with my previous 2 vehicles. Please take this as constructive criticism. #1 Fix the problem at the plant, don't gamble with this and hope it goes away. I wonder if this had occured outside the 36,000 mile warranty if I would still be covered? What if it had a I took it to a shop outside the dealership? Would I pay out of pocket for it? And if so that's pretty cruddy when you know there are issues with the specifications of some of your engines!!! If I hadn't brought it cause I didn't recognize that there was a sound change or thought it was normal, how long before the timing belt would break due to the rubbing issues and major damage occured due to a broken timing belt - damaged Valves, pistons Etc. Due to Honda's "WE HOPE THAT WE CATCH IT AND SHIM IT BEFORE IT BREAKS INSTEAD OF FIXING THE PROBLEM BEFORE WE SELL THE VEHICLE - ATTITUDE!" #2 don't let something like this happen due to a description of rattling verses chirping especially when there is a common problem with this engine. Will have to see how this dealership handle another Service Bulletin for juddery seats I happen to be having go on right now. Took the vehicle in 3 times for the front seats and only on the 3rd time was it figured out. Oh now there is an official bulletitn out that says we can repair something that we know may break. Do the job right or don't do it at all.I could by an american vehicle and get this same treatment for less money!!! Eric Zuick More

Everything was great but the price. However, since this was the first time I've ever had service and it has 45,000 miles, it's not so bad. I took it in for 50,000 mile service and ended up getting much mo was the first time I've ever had service and it has 45,000 miles, it's not so bad. I took it in for 50,000 mile service and ended up getting much more done - brakes, fluids, realignment, etc. When they called about all the extra stuff, I felt pressured, so I had them talk to my husband. The whole staff at Kuni is exceptional. I bought my Honda from them new in 2006, and unfortunately for them, my car never needs servicing because it's so reliable. But my brakes were vibrating as I was drivi from them new in 2006, and unfortunately for them, my car never needs servicing because it's so reliable. Came in for a recall and decided to have scheuled maintenance done as well. Dealer is the closest to Elbert, but still a very far drive. Service was friendly and accomodating. Did not receive complim maintenance done as well. Dealer is the closest to Elbert, but still a very far drive. Service was friendly and accomodating. Did not receive complimentary services as I have at other dealerships such as car wash, vacuming of carpeting, etc. Have also been back since to purshase a back windshield wiper blade, and was sold the wrong one. A long way to drive for something I can only buy from Honda. More
