Had $3000.00 of car repairs and Mike, Joe and Art were able to get these repairs covered on my extended warranty. The people at Burt-Kuni always have a smile on their face, treat their customers as first able to get these repairs covered on my extended warranty. The people at Burt-Kuni always have a smile on their face, treat their customers as first class and always perform quality work. Because of people like Mike, Joe and Art Burt-Kuni is the only Honda dealership that I will allow to make repairs on my 2005 Civic Hybrid. In fact Burt-kuni is the only delaership that has ever worked on my Civic Hybrid. More
Overall, very satisfied. The price was a bit high ($250+) for an oxygen sensor replacement. Service was great! Had Luxcare and body side molding done. Work was professionally done and really looks good. Can't remember who took care of me, but he was a tall, older fellow. Great customer service! We needed warranty work the part was going to be unavailable for more than a week. Stacey worked with us and was able to get Honda to cover our rental. This is a follow up to a previous review I posted about a service I had done at Kuni. Shortly after posting my initial review, I was immediately contacted by a guest relations manager named Rena Marson. Wo service I had done at Kuni. Shortly after posting my initial review, I was immediately contacted by a guest relations manager named Rena Marson. Wow, I was quite impressed by her willingness to "earn my trust back" with Kuni. She was more than accommodating by listening to my frustrations about my visit. She relayed my concerns to an assistant service manager named Joe who explained to me the difference in pricing and went even further by offering me a credit towards a future service visit and also agreed to match the price for a recommended service that will need to be done. These efforts given by both of these professionals was more than I had expected and will definitely impact my future decisions of returning to Kuni. Thanks Rena and Joe! More
I went in for a routine oil change and they advised me of some additional service that was needed. Specifically, my 30,000 mile routine maintenance check. Would have liked to know why i needed a catalytic converter when it passed emissions the day earlier. the problem was a check engine light would not go off. My Prelude was barely driveable - clutch or transmission. I had always serviced at Ralph Schomp but it was 6:10 pm and they were closed so I drove it to Kuni Honda. Chris was WONDERFUL - and honest. He inf I had always serviced at Ralph Schomp but it was 6:10 pm and they were closed so I drove it to Kuni Honda. Chris was WONDERFUL - and honest. He informed me that the wrong fluid was in the transmission and suggested I take it back to the shop that last put fluids in my car as it could permanently damage the transmission. He could have fixed and charged me but instead was concerned and helpful - unusual to find - especially when I was not a regular customer! Ralph Schomp denied that wrong fluid was put in - even though Kuni Honda had it in writing for me. They told me it was the clutch -but had to order parts that took 1 week to get in (very unusual - they usually have parts in in 1-2 days). What ever was wrong was fixed by Ralph Schomp for $1100. Kuni Honda was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process - Chris even asked me to call him and let him know what the other shops response was - now that is CARING! More
