Dear Emira, Thank you for taking the time to visit with me about your service exrerience. We talked about the quality of our complimentary "Free for Life" car wash. We have addressed with the staff that manages the job detail and, what the expectation is. We will have the service Manager review the quality of work to make sure it meets the expectation Kuni Honda has set for this process. To address your AC on full capacity, my reasonable thinking is, while wiping down the dash, the knob got turned therefore when you turned on the AC it was on full blast. Lastly, I would like to address your statement that 20 miles were put on your car. I first want to say that I am confident that no one in our service department would have taken your car out and put 20 miles on it. Our test drive route is than one mile. Based on your service they would not have even needed to do a test drive. Emira, I do appreciate that you recognize the value in our "Free for Life" that Kuni Honda gives complimentary with every car purchase but, if it does not meet your expectation we understand that we would not have earned the right to have your business.
