I took advantage of Kuni Honda's windshield replacement promotion. Wow! Great job and at a Great Price. A low price alone is never a bargain unless one gets good work too. My windshield had been cracked for six months and the cost of replacement made me groan whenever I priced one out (I am kinda, sorta "retired" after paying into Social Security for 50 years and it is not at a very good level of income either). I think Kuni Honda did the community a safety service by helping us get this windshield fixed at a price we could afford. Mike Christian was his regular efficent and friendly personality and I stole his ballpoint pen. Thank you. More

I was greated immediately upon pulling into the service area in a friendly fashion. The estimated charges were explained to me clearly, and Ryan also explained the timing for the shuttle. Will, the shuttle driver, was onsite and immediately took me to work. During the course of the day, Ryan called to let me know that they recommended additional services (transmission flush / new tires). Again the estimated charges were clearly explained, and I accepted the additional service. Will called me a couple of different times during the day to coordinate the shuttle pick-up within my schedule. He arrived at my building when he said he would, and was pleasant to talk with all the way back to the shop. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill, that the charges were lower than the estimates that I was quoted. All in all, this was a very good experience. More

While I wasn't expecting the service that needed to be done nor to pay the price that the service cost, I was pleased and thankful to Bil experience. He took the time to explain to me my questions and concerns and to physically demonstrate to me what was wrong with my vehicle. My husband was pleased when I told him about the minor repairs (tire rotation, brake fluid replaced, and transmission serviced) because we are driving this car nearly 2000 miles on a trip for Thanksgiving. I really like that service managers like Mike recommend things to be done but do not pressure people to do them. We drivers can't notice everything. The technician, I wish I could remember his name, was also very courteous. Everyone at Kuni Honda is super friendly and helpful to customers. More
Mike was very friendly and helpful. The mechanic also called to double-check that I wanted the battery replaced. Everything was done on time and correctly the 1st time. AND... kudos to whomever did the oil-change because they cleaned up after themselves so the old oil did not leak all over my garage floor (as it has in the past). I GREATLY APPRECIATE this. More

Last Saturday I have taken my Honda Civic Coupe for a Free for Life service. This is second time in the past year since I bouth the car that I have utilized this service. It was a complimentary gift rece Free for Life service. This is second time in the past year since I bouth the car that I have utilized this service. It was a complimentary gift received at the time of the car purchase and second time that they promissed a detailed car cleaning but never completed.First time they did not vacum the car,so I decided that I will mention to them when I take it next time. I spoke with the Service consultant and she promissed that she will put a note on the service order and she did.So after two hours of service, I picked up my car and inspected the car interior. The car was not even touched inside. They washed it through express wash but never vacumed. I also found my air conditioner turned to a full capacitiy and 20 milies added to my car millage. It looked like someone had drowe the car out of the service department instead of cleaning it. There was no other explanation. After I complained on the spot, I spent one more hour waiting for the car to be vacumed once again. My thinking is that Kuni had offered this kind of service to the customers to increase the sales or else but you do not get the service you have been promissed. I am very disapointed with the service department although they have tried to correct this mistake. It just happens to many times to be called a mistake. More
