I brought my new CRV in for a warranty repair. Roberta was WONDERFUL to deal with, had me in and out in less than the 2 hours estimated to complete repair. He was efficient, friendly and upfront about the possible cost. He immediately had a technician take a ride with us. The problem was freezing around the manifold. They thawed it, cleaned it up, and sent us on our way. Wow! No funny ripoff to the out of towners and peace of mind for us. Thanks! More
