They listen to my concerns about my vehicle and answer all questions that I might have. I appreciate that the results of the comprehensive Kuni Honda Courtesy Inspection are ranked as to what items need to be taken care of immediatly and what repairs will be upcoming due to normal wear and tear on a vehicle. The information supplied helps me to more accurately budget for the maintenance of my Honda CRV. During my most recent visit Chris Zimmerman professionally explained additional service items that were discovered during the Kuni Honda Courtesy Inspection. He answered my questions thoroughly so that I could make an informed decision about the repairs. Chris was also very considerate of my schedule and made sure the repairs were completed in a very timely manner. The service advisor that I worked with (Chris) greeted me at the car, there was a good discussion on the desired and recommended services and I encountered no delays. Very good follow-up on their part when they encountered additional valid serivce items that needed to be addressed. They were prompt, thorough and efficient in performing the tasks and provided me excellent and detailed information on all items (e.g tire tread depth, brake pad thickness, before and after wheel alignment information, etc.). The car was clean and ready, and the staff throughout was friendly and helpful. This has consistently been the case in all my interactions with Kuni Honda. We have two Hondas and expect to bring them to Kuni for service always, as I am comfortale with the quality of their work and their professionalism. More

The service here is always great. The last time that I was in I was in for an oil change, and it took longer than usual. I was there for about an hour and 15 minutes to get my oil changed. The length of time it took to get the service done was a bit frustrating. When I checked in she asked what I usually pay for an oil change, and I let her know it is usually around $45. When I was checking out she let me know that the car that I drive requires a semi-synthetic, and that it is usually around $60 for my oil change. Since she had quoted me $45 to begin with, she gave me the price that she quoted. That was a nice touch, and helped make up for the time it took to complete the service. More

We had taken our Honda Pilot to another shop for an oil change, and were told we needed about $1,000 of service. We decided instead to take it to Kuni Honda, so an appointment was set. When we arrived, Chris Zimmerman (our service sonsultant) looked over the vehicle and told us we did NOT need to spend the money at this time...the vehicle was good for another 40K miles. What a relief. He easily could have sold us the service, but he went out of his way to explain everything and look out for our best interest. We will never take our vehicle anywhere else for any kind of service from now on. I wish more businesses looked after their customers like this. More
