I scheduled the service because we received a recall notice from Honda concerning a possible airbag malfunction in our 2002 Honda Odyssey. Skip was friendly, professional and efficient, and the service was done in less time than was mentioned, at which point Skip called to let me know. Because the shop had also done an overall inspection of the vehicle as well, Skip mentioned several things that needed service, and which I will have to schedule at a future date. I had my vehicle in for the recommended maintenance and I knew the expected cost. There were other maintenance issues identified. Chris explained them all and the cost of each. I had brought in competitor coupons and Chris used them to give me the best price for all the service that I had done. When I walked away, I thought WOW. I expected to be paying more for everything that was done. I'm really happy with the service and the time frame I was promised not to mention the cost! Chris handled all my concerns and questions. I can trust that my vehicle is ready for the next 5,000 + miles I will drive before service is needed again. Thank you Chris and the Kuni Service Team! More
I went in for an oil change and left with a new car! I ended up going for a test drive instead of reading the book I brought to kill the time while waiting for my car to get serviced. Larry Mendez offered to get the new Honda Crosstour, which I told him I loved, to take for a test drive. I hadn't ever driven one but loved the look of the car. So we went for a ride. Of course I loved the car. Larry mentioned that they had a couple of used ones on the lot. I couldn't believe the condition of the one I ended up with. It looks brand new! Larry was very friendly and charming, not to mention very funny. I ended up spending the whole day there. When I told Larry that I was needing to leave soon because I was hungry, we ended up going for a test drive with the used car that I actually bought, and he treated me to lunch! I think he was really hungry too. We went back and crunched numbers with Omar, the numbers guy. I really felt like Larry was on my side and was really working on my behalf to get me the best deal. Honestly, I didn't feel pressured. The car sold itself. After the shock of my purchase, I must say I am loving my new Crosstour. I have just come from California and needed work on my 2004 Honda. Chris listened to my needs when I dropped it off. Then found the problems and called me in the AM. When I talked with my husband and I told him his response was negative due to the cost was high and we were moving and just could not afford all of the work right now so Chris was as kind to me as when I first met him. After about fifteen minutes my husband called me back from California and asked me to speak to the gentleman again and ask him to do what was "broke" right now and then when I called Chris back he even gave me the discount and was very kind. Very nice man and great employee for your company! Got my car back the day we planned it to be ready. More
