I was very impressed with Skip's friendliness when I arrived. He showed me to his computer area where he wrote up the work to be done on my van. He came back within an hour and informed me that they did the service that I requested and he also replaced a temperature hose that had a leak in it. He was on top of his job and the technicians were as well to notice it had a leak, when I didn't even notice that it did. His service was great. He got me in and out in a quick amount of time since I was waiting for it to be worked on. I would recommend Kuni Honda service and Skip as well to my friends that own Honda's. The service manager was very good at explaining what was needed and why. For one part of the service, he accidentally gave me an estimate that was too low, but he was very willing to honor the estimate, wh needed and why. The people at Kuni Honda are always friendly and more than helpful. The waiting area is spacious and luxurious and they always exceed my expectations.
