I left my SUV there for 9 hrs for service they did not touch it, and then insulted me with a 10% off offer for my trouble. I made an ap't, brought it in on time and I was there 8 hours later to pick up t touch it, and then insulted me with a 10% off offer for my trouble. I made an ap't, brought it in on time and I was there 8 hours later to pick up the SUV and was told it was not done and to wait. One hour of waiting and then was told they had not started work on it. I was offered a loaner car (which would take 10 minutes to get ready), wait for the service to be done (the same serve they could not do in the previous 9 hours). I was already out a wad of cash for being an hour late to pick up my daughter at her day care (the same one hour they had me wait). I took back my car and asked them to "make it right by me". They offered me a 10% discount on air filters. I already had a 10% discount coupon. They offered to pick up the SUV at my work/home and replace it with a loaner car. Totally ignoring the fact they made a promise (on the service write up) to have the vehicle ready when they said it would be. I guess promises are made to be broken. I held up my end of the deal. Update (3/19/12)- Dealer and I worked out a compromise. Now a N/A rating from me. More
I took my Honda Odessey in for some service to be done and Bill went above and beyond to accommidate my schedule. I was going to take a shuttle that they offer for free to my chemo treatment and he was ab and Bill went above and beyond to accommidate my schedule. I was going to take a shuttle that they offer for free to my chemo treatment and he was able to have my car out in time for me to leave with it. I was prepared to pick it up later but this really helped me out. I take my van to this location for all my service needs and I have never been disappointed. More

Always had great service there. They are courteous and prompt, and I appreciate the free shuttle when getting extended service done. I bought the car from this dealership and I get most of my service on the car there. They do a great job of explaining to me what needs to be done and what they are replacing or repairing. They have recently included a packet that displays the issues that the mechanic sees as critical or ones that will need attention. It includes a description of what it does and what happens over time when not repaired. I value this as I ask my friends that know more about cars than I do. More
