I had service performed on my Civic Si at this dealership. After the service was complete, I thought I'd check in with the used sales desk and see what I could get for the same car, since its serv dealership. After the service was complete, I thought I'd check in with the used sales desk and see what I could get for the same car, since its service cost was approaching its trade-in value. The staff was not only quite knowledgeable, but also very skilled in finding me a vehicle that would suit my needs without putting me in the poorhouse. I was also impressed with their ability to turn a request for information on trade-in toward a used vehicle into a new car sale. I would recommend them to anybody who is in the market for a new car. EMPHASIZED IN THE SHOP FOR SOMETHING... WE BROUGHT THE VEHICLE IN ON A TUESDAY, TOLD ME WEDNESDAY THEY HAD THE PART AND IT WOULD BE DONE THURSDAY... EMPHASIZED WE NEEDED THE VEHICLE DONE BEFORE FRIDAY AFTERNOON AS WE WERE HEADED OUT OF TOWN. NO ONE CONTACTED ME ON THURSDAY. I CALLED FRIDAY MORNING TO CHECK ON STATUS... STILL NOT DONE AND NOW NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!!!! AS A COURTESY, IT WAS GOING TO BE "TAKEN CARE OF" THEN TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE AN HOUR FOR THE PART... YOU ALREADY TOLD ME THE PART WAS THERE AND THAT IT WOULD BE DONE THURSDAY!!!!!! AFTER THE PART ARRIVES, IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER HOUR TO INSTALL.... OMG!!! I was waiting for the oil to be changed in my 2007 Honda CRV and wandered into the showroom to check out the 2012 CRV's. I was quickly approached by Omar who turned me over to Malcom Hirsh. Malcom was ver CRV and wandered into the showroom to check out the 2012 CRV's. I was quickly approached by Omar who turned me over to Malcom Hirsh. Malcom was very friendly and knowledgable. I was very impressed to learn that Malcom had only been employed for a short time by Kuni Honda. When I asked a question he didn't know, he immediately admitted it and sought the answer from Omar. Omar was a fantastic purveyor of information as well, he submitted all the paperwork and had an answer on financing almost immediately. He wasn't pushy or aggressive, just professional and friendly. When it came time to do paperwork for my new 2012 Honda CRV, Omar Omar worked with me. He was delightful! He accurately explained every detail and always made sure to ask if I fully understood. Overall, my experience with Kuni Honda was excellent. Omar, Malcom and Omar made me feel like a cherished client. I will recommend Kuni Honda to everyone I know. I particularly appreciated his straightforward attitude when explaining why I should replace my windshield wipers with genuine Honda parts as opposed to aftermarket. I brought my Honda Pilot in because I could hear a metallic noise when the vehicle is moving. As it turned out, my car needed new brake pads. The Service Consultant I worked with was Roberta Callow. She was very professional and friendly and helpful in answering my questions about the vehicle. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, I had a coupon to use for the service which would have saved me about $50. However, Roberta was kind enough to point out that another coupon I had in hand could save me more so she recommended me using the other coupon. As a result, I ended up getting a bigger saving on my service. She could have just taken the coupon I gave her and processed my bill but instead she went beyond and looked out for my interest. Thank you Roberta for your help. More
