I bought a 2006 Chevy Trail Blazer. It had a air conditioning problem my finance manager said that they would fix it. I called and talked to Roberta and set an appointment to bring it in. Roberta was there to greet me and was extremly nice and pleasent to work with. She took in my car and said she would call me when it was ready. Unfortunatly my car was not ready begfore I got off work and Roberta put me in a rental at no charge to me. When I went to pick it up she was still there and again greeted me. I picked up my car and drove it for a few days and the air conditioner started to act up again. I called Roberta and left a message. She promptly called me back and was very pleasant to me I thought that she would be upset that I kept calling her but just the oppisite. She asked me to bring in the car a couple of days later if that was ok because they were very busy and she could not get right to it. I agreed and brought it in a couple of days later. Roberta was not in yet but another gentleman helped me. The same afternoon Roberta called me and told me that my car was ready and apoligized for all the in convinince. I stopped by there after my work and she was there, and as usual very pleasent. I just wanted to let you know that you have a great staff from salesman to finance to service. I was really impressed by the way my car was handled by Roberta. You have a great associate in her and she desirves a pat on the back. When I bought a Chevy from your Honda dealer I was kind of leary about it because I thought if I bought a Chevy that you would not be willing to help me out but I was wrong. Great Job To All Of You. More
Chris was really friendly and professional. I've never felt that this dealership pads on unnecessary services and even told us of a major service that had already been performed on the vehicle. I highly recommend servicing your vehicle here. Chris Zimmerman's professionalism ensured a wonderful experience at Kuni Honda. I took my Odyssey in for an oil change, transmission fluid change, and a front end alignment. I was out the door in 2 1/2 h experience at Kuni Honda. I took my Odyssey in for an oil change, transmission fluid change, and a front end alignment. I was out the door in 2 1/2 hours knowing that my van had been thoroughly examined by the technicians. I received a detailed recommended action plan outlining any additional work that my be needed in the near future. I highly recommend this dealership. We have taken the van to Kuni several times and the items listed on the action plan have always needed to be addressed. We have never experienced the dealership padding with unnecessary items. I recommend arriving at 7 a.m. to minimize the time it will take to service your vehicle. More

I was greated by Bill Craft and he was very nice and friendly. The shuttle driver (I think his name was Mike) was also nice. When it was time for the shuttle to come get me, he was right on time. I had my brake pads replaced using a free brake pad coupon, which was a pretty good deal! Not only were the brake pads free, but since I was in a tight spot, needing to get to work in a hurry, Bill len coupon, which was a pretty good deal! Not only were the brake pads free, but since I was in a tight spot, needing to get to work in a hurry, Bill lent a car to me, so that I could get to work on time and return to the dealer service area at my convenience. When I returned to pick up my car, I received a pleasant supprise. Kuni washed my car! They also provided a courtesy inspection, notifying me of additional things that will need servicing. More

I have been very happy with the service we receive at Kuni and I wish to express my appreciation for the excellent se serviced only at this location. After having the car reviewed, the part was ordered. I had to return to the dealership on a separate visit in order to have the mirror fixed which is an 80 mile round trip. Chris Zimmerman had the part ready and installed in record time and gave us a very generous discount too. He was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Thanks Chris for helping us out!
