I have been using Kuni Honda since the purchase of my Honda Pilot in 2006. They are always professional and get my care done in a timely manner. The courtesy shuttle service has always been top notch when I have needed the service to get to work or get back to the dealership. Although I may pay a bit more by having my car always serviced at Kuni, and I do not shop around for the best price for automotive work, I feel that their expertise and upkeep on my car has been well worth the investment. I am at over 130,000 miles and the car runs like new. More
Chris Zimmerman is a top-notch service rep. Glad he is here. I worked with him before at his previous dealership and was pleased when I found out he moved here to Kuni. Positive, dependable, gets to the here. I worked with him before at his previous dealership and was pleased when I found out he moved here to Kuni. Took in my "new to me" 04 Element (I had purchased at TGS Auto Outlet) for an unfulfilled recall. Was treated as if I had just purchased a new one from them by Chris Zimmerman. Got the repai purchased at TGS Auto Outlet) for an unfulfilled recall. Was treated as if I had just purchased a new one from them by Chris Zimmerman. Got the repair done & a free thorough inspection, fixed a headlight that just blew and walked away spending less than $20 for all that! I celebrated by visiting parts & got a key that would've cost me $150 if AAA had to make it, or $85-90 at a locksmith for $59. I will be back! More
Our newly purchased, used car, had to be taken back to the shop for maintenance because it was overheating and leaking coolant. After getting it back the first time, we paid the deductible but it was stil the shop for maintenance because it was overheating and leaking coolant. After getting it back the first time, we paid the deductible but it was still overheating and leaking. We returned the car a second time and were told we were going to have to pay additional fee, plus another dedcutible, to have the car fixed. Roberta Callow worked with us and talked to the Jaguar representitive to have the problem rectified, with no charge to us. She definitely took the time to understand that the issue would/could have been resolved the first time the car was in the shop. Roberta went to bat for us and we are extremely appreciative for her time and understanding. Thanks so much to Roberta! She saved us time, frustration and money! The issue has been fixed and our car is running great. This is what I call excellent customer service. More
I went to this dealer just to get a couple of recalls corrected. I made an appointment and dropped off the car at 740 am, 5 minutes early. I told them that I needed the car by 4pm. I never got a call corrected. I made an appointment and dropped off the car at 740 am, 5 minutes early. I told them that I needed the car by 4pm. I never got a call all day to find out any updates on the car. At 350 pm I called to find out if it was completed. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes I was told that it was not done and that there were 7 cars ahead of it and they would not get to it today. I was told that I could get a loaner car and use that. It was not unlit after 5pm that I was on my way home, I did tell them that I needed the car by 4pm. The next morning I get a call from bill at 930am, the first call I received from them at all, to tell me of everything that they would like to do as a recommendation, total being in excess of $300. I told him no and I needed to pick up the car by noon. At 1100 I still had not heard back and called, the first person took my information and told me Bill was on the phone and he would call back. I waited till 1130 and called back, she transfered me to bill and I left a Voice mail, at 1150 still no call back. I called again and the receptionist said "oh are you the one that called earlier about your fit" I told her I was and she said oh yeah its ready. Why they did not tell me sooner I have no idea. On my way to pick up the car I finally get a call from Bill to tell me it is ready. This has to be the worst service I have ever had at a dealership. More
I bought my car from Kuni Honda back in April. The actual process of buying the car was fairly easily and they were very helpful then. However, found out after 3 weeks of owning the car, the brakes needed to process of buying the car was fairly easily and they were very helpful then. However, found out after 3 weeks of owning the car, the brakes needed to be replaced (and weren't covered under the used car warranty I have). Then, someone hit my bumper in an accident, so I chose the dealer body shop. However, my car was in their shop for over 2 and a half weeks. They always gave me or the insurance agent the run around and lied about when they had parts in. Finally, I am currently dealing with getting my car registered. I have complained many times that I didn't want my title in my old address (which is in Arapahoe county). However, the dealer said it would be fine when I go to get my plates even though I now live in Douglas county. When I got to the DMV there is no record of the title being sent, so I had to go to Arapahoe county to find out they can't find the title since it was just sent last week (was told over a month ago by the dealership). So, now I had to purchase a new temp tag, wait for the title to come through, and then go back to Douglas county to register my car. I am very frustrated by this process because I knew this would happen but the dealer assured me it would be easier and I am very displeased they couldn't go my way in the first place. Great place to buy a car but be weary of what they really tell you. Very disappointed and just hoping to not have to hear or deal with this dealership for a while. More
My issue with this dealership is service scheduling. I am new to the area and was looking for someone to service my two Honda vehicles. Just looking for oil changes at this point. Was told by Kuni that am new to the area and was looking for someone to service my two Honda vehicles. Just looking for oil changes at this point. Was told by Kuni that they do not take appointments for oil change and would have to bring vehicle in, first come first serve. Arrived at dealership, was told wait was 3 hours and was told better to try back before 8 AM the next day. Came back the next day, was told the wait is 3+ hours, but now also told that I could make an appointment which was not available only two days before. I am done wasting my time with them. I have now found Independent Auto Care in Parker, CO and will not return to Kuni. More

AWESOME experience at Kuni!!! We bought our '96 Honda Accord at Go Toyota 2 yrs ago. Broke down in rush hour in downtown Denver. Had it towed to Go Toyota. Made it clear we JUST wanted it diagnosed, which takes just minutes to hook up machine and run scan codes. THREE days later car untouched. Service Mgr stupid enough to tell us that they were bringing thru newly turned in used cars for servicing first. Which means repeat customers with a broken car are LAST priority. We then immediately had our car towed across the street to Kuni Honda. They diagnosed AND repaired our car in less then 36 hours. KUNI HONDA ROCKS!!!!! Chris Zimmerman was wonderful and very patient as we were quite upset and frazzled with the run around we had gotten across the street. We were SO happy with customer service at Kuni, we came back several days later and bought a new (used) car at Kuni and again.... continued great service. THANK YOU!!!!! More
