My 2004 Civic Hybrid needed service. The service department accepted the car at a time it was convenient even though it was the day before the appointment. The most impressive aspects of this repair are they way they worked with me on what I could afford and the speed they returned it to me even though they had to order a part from out of state. I came in with a number of problems that Chris made right. Although I was very frustrated, Chris kept his cool and only worked towards resolving my issues. Roberta was amazing from start to finish. She listened to all of my services that I needed, even though I kept adding on when we were almost complete in setting up the appointment, and was happy to change to all of my services that I needed, even though I kept adding on when we were almost complete in setting up the appointment, and was happy to change that even when I arrived at the dealership. She kept me up to date at all times during the inspection and repairs. She got me set up with a courtesy car roughly the size of my Fit so it wasn't cumbersome to borrow. She was friendly, extremely helpful, and honest. I really appreciated not being pushed into any extra services even though my car is close to needing a full tune up. She did a solid job at earning my loyalty. I've never used the dealer before for service, worried about the service shop treating me like a piggy bank and pushing me into things I didn't need. I'll now be going back for even small things like my oil change when i can make it across town to Kuni Honda. More
Had gone to dealership to obtain a replacement sun visor which had split. The parts desk checked and determined it was due to a service recall and sent me to service. My experiences with the service department have never been good. This time was no exception. It took an entire 24 hours for them to get back to us and even tell us what the problem was. I have never had to wait that long at other dealerships. They never answer the phone when you do call. You have to wait for them to call you back. When I complained to Ms. Callow, I found her to be rather rude. She made excuses like "Well we've taken in 179 cars today". Not my fault. Maybe you need to hire more help. What happened to the day when the customer was always right? Last time my car was in there, I finally had to drive over there to get to talk to someone as no one was returning my calls. The entire problem could be solved if you were given an estimate in a reasonable period of time. For example, my husband just dropped off his GMC and he will be told this afternoon what the problem is. That is more typical. More

I recently had a routine service scheduled for my Honda Pilot. Upon check-in I worked with Chris Smith from the Kuni Honda Service Department. I've only been to Kuni Honda for service twice before. This was my first time working with Chris and I must say I was very thankful he was the Service Rep helping me that day. I am an avid coupon shopper so when I showed up with multiple coupons Chris took the time to locate the one with the best discount for my scheduled appointment. Within 30 minutes of dropping my car off I had a return call giving me the status of the multi-point inspection. There was a minor filter item that needed attention in addition to the service I came in for that day. In less than 20 minutes from the time I gave authorization I received my second call stating the work was completed and my car was ready to pick up at my convenience. I also had a detailed service document in my email inbox with all the items covered and cost so I knew exactly what to expect when I picked up the car. I have worked with many Dealerships in the Denver area over the years. I was quite surprised by the level of efficiency and customer service demonstrated by Chris. Congratulations on a job well done! I look forward to my next visit to Kuni Honda. More

I got a thorough verbal explanation about my car along with a written report about the car's status that's color coded, making easy to see w awesome. We were in Denver from Indiana for a weeks vacation when our van had a mechanical problem. Our turn signal switch broke causing the blinkers to flash constantly and smelled burning plastic coming from the our van had a mechanical problem. Our van was not fit to drive like this and we were upset that our vacation would be ruined. Fortunately for us Kuni Honda was just down the road from our hotel and they saved our vacation! Robert Sandberg was very friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Our van was fixed in 2 days and he allowed us to use a nicer, newer van at no charge - all we had to do was return it in the same condition and replace the gas we used. Our van was repaired and worked fine all the way back to Indiana. The cost of the repair was fair and comparable to our local dealer. In fact our local dealer may have charged us more and certainly wouldn't have offered a free van rental. All in all a bad situation turned out wonderful and our vacation was great.
