We were surprised to find that Labor Day weekend Saturday was very busy - we told Mark that we had no time constraints. The work was done on time and at a reasonable price. She restored our faith in Kuni Honda and due to her attention we will be bringing our vehicle back for the servicing and possibly looking to replace another vehicle next year. She constantly kept us updated on the progress of the service and went above and beyond the average service personnel that one encounters in todays world. She has to be one of the more valued employees. Needless to say, we can't convey enough praise for this individual and the effect she had with our experience with the dealership - very conscientious and willing to do what was right. My three month old Ridgeline started to have a slow air leak in one of its tires. I called Monday to ask if I should bring it in, or since it is a tire, if I should contact someone else. I was specifically told to bring it in to them so they could verify if the issue was due to a small puncture or something else they might be able to repair like the valve. I could not get an appointment until today. As soon as I get there, I am immediately told they cannot help me because it is a tire and I should go to Discount Tire. I don't doubt this was true, however, why was I told to bring it in? I even asked when I called if I even should. I had to take time off work to do this and they seemed to not care about wasting my time. If they had four days to review my request, why wasn’t I called to advise me they couldn’t help? I could have had my issue fixed the day it started had they been honest to begin with; instead I had to put air in my tire everyday for a week to avoid further damage. The service team lacked any empathy to the situation and could care less about what happened. They said they would put air in the tire in the meantime and when I got it back, the sensor was still on. I took it to a gas station and found the tire to still be nearly 10psi under the recommendation, thanks a lot. Sadly, my wife is ready to buy a new car and we would have come back, however, because of this, they have now lost out on my business. I'm sure they don't care, but they should. More
Our Element's A/C compressor self-destructed while we were vacationing in Colorado. The prospect of driving across Kansas on a Saturday afternoon with no A/C did not thrill either me or my wife. So I called Kuni Honda, which was located down the street from our hotel. Connected with Jeff who said their repair schedule was full but he understood our circumstances and would squeeze us in. He also offered us a 15% coupon which brought the repair bill down to the estimate I already had. AND he gave us a 2012 Civic as a loaner for 4 days at no extra cost!!!!!!! Jeff saved our vacation and maybe our marriage. When we eventually move to Colorado, Kuni Honda will get my automobile business. No doubt about it. More
We will NEVER be doing business with Kuni Honda ever again. After 7 years of good service, we had a recall item, made an appointment, took it in, and the dealer did jack-freaking-squat! They had it ALL DAY and then I get a call in the PM saying they "couldn't fit us in". It wouldn't have been the end of the world to leave it overnight, but they also RAN OUT of loaner cars too! Seriously? How do they expect to keep their customers with this level of service? Don't accept appointments if you can't follow-though!!! More

Do Not Allow them to take a copy of your Drivers License or ANY credit card! When we brought this up to the Kuni Honda General Manager we were told "this would not happen at our dealership..." total denial and VERY poorly handled (this will NOT be the last she is hearing of this). PROTECT ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFO IF YOU DO ANY DEALINGS AT THIS DEALERSHIP !! More
