I purchased a used 2007 Accord in June from Kuni Honda. I was having issues with the brakes from day one. When I came back to the dealership, Justin Crum made a promise that if the brakes needed to be rep I was having issues with the brakes from day one. When I came back to the dealership, Justin Crum made a promise that if the brakes needed to be replaced he would ensure that promise was kept. After three visits, the brakes failed on the car in the parking lot of my office. Luckily I wasn't on the highway and the brakes finally began to work. Earlier that day I left a message for the Used Car Manager, Brett, who also promised if the brakes needed to be replaced, Kuni would do the work and parts at no cost to me. The service diagnostics finally agreed that the entire brake system needed to be replaced. When I came to pick up the car, I went to Justin and told him the car was in for a brake replacement and I would appreciate his promise to take care of the cost. He went to work on my behalf with the management at Kuni Honda. I don't know how many managers had to be involved in the decision as I waited three hours for their final response. Time notwithstanding, Justin kept me apprised of his progress during my wait. I was thrilled when he finally came to me and said the car was ready and the brake job was courtesy of Kuni Honda. I am totally convinced that Kuni Honda does appreciate their customers and want them to come back on their next purchase of an automobile or service. Justin Crum is a role model for honesty and integrity in the auto business. He lived up to his promise in a most professional and compassionate way. More
I ran over a parking post, didnt want to remove post myself because the bumper was damaged a little, didn't want to make it worse. I brought my New CRV into Kuni-Honda dealership on Arapahoe Rd. for my clear coat, window tinting and ECP applied inside and out. My appointment was for 9 am, I arrived early . Luckily Roberta Callow was the advisor who came to my window. God Bless Roberta, she actually helped me with this new vehicle, because the Men did not go over the inside of my vehicle. Roberta sat with me, showed me what all the buttons did, where the hood release was , went over the radio set up , and the Main thing Roberta showed me which book my code for a dead battery was and told me I would have to enter this code if or when my battery was to go dead or change the battery. She told me my car would be at dealership all day, Roberta wrote me up for a rental car, and I was off for the day. Roberta phoned me mid day to let me know what had been done on my vehicle, and that every thing would be done by 5:30 pm. I came back and Roberta went over all the details that had been performed on the vehicle, Roberta was Amazing, Roberta's service should be commended for answering my questions on this new vehicle, As a customer I am and will always make my appointments with Roberta when I bring my vehicle in for Service. I have two Honda vehicles and I have been going to this dealership since 2004 and they have always taken good care of my vehicles and of me. When I wait for service, they give me an estimated time and hav dealership since 2004 and they have always taken good care of my vehicles and of me. When I wait for service, they give me an estimated time and have consistently stayed within their estimate. They have a pleasant waiting room and I like the early morning coffee and muffins. I have never felt pressured to get additional services done. Because I have faith in this dealership, I follow their suggestions and they have kept my 2004 Honda Element and my 2007 Honda Ridgeline in top working condition. The service personnel have all been very cooperative and take the time to answer all my questions. Today I worked with Roberta Callow who was great!! More

I bought my Pilot 7 years ago at Kuni Honda. I decided I would always have it serviced there so that there would be an accurate record of everything I had done to it. Each time I came in I worked with very pleasant people but then I met Roberta. I liked her right away!! Since that day, when I call to make an appointment, I wait until Roberta is available. If she isn't able to take my call, I leave a message, and she always calls me back as soon as possible. She knows a lot about the business, but she also listens to me. No pressure about doing a service I don't want to do. I really appreciate that. She is also a people person and I enjoy talking to her on a personal level. I would think she has absolutely everything Kuni Honda wants in a person that works with the public. I'll be back in a couple of months, and you can bet I'll be asking for Roberta!
